It is late in the fall and many people have already started thinking about Christmas. You cannot think about Christmas without thinking about putting up your tree and what your Christmas ornaments are going to look like. Decorated trees have become big business and themes can be a big part of tree decorating. Living close to Disney resorts, I have seen some of the most beautiful trees that probably cost more than a thousand dollars to decorate.
Then there are the Christmas trees I grew up with that have several handmade ornaments that have stood the test of time and have hung for decades. There are also the collectibles ornaments that have a new Christmas ornament added to the collection each year. These are all great choices for decorating your tree.
My favorite option is a mix of both…some theme based decorating and some handmade or traditional favorites. Make your Christmas tree your own. Here are some of my favorite easy-to-make Christmas decoration. Most of them can be made in an evening. Have fun!
